At SleepWorld, our mission is three-fold. First, we strive to help our customers achieve a superior night's sleep, allievate pain, and increase comfort by offering top of the line quality mattresses.
Secondly, we offer the most competitive prices on all of our quality mattresses by eliminating the middle man. We do this by manufacturing and then selling our very own high quality mattresses direct from our factory showroom.
And lastly, we guarantee each customers satisfaction by educating them about our products, and then ensuring that the mattress they purchase from SleepWorld, is truly right for them.
Our History
The SleepWorld Factory Showroom has been a process in the making for over 20 years. We started in 1982 selling only national brands to Austin consumers. After 11 years of selling national brands and many requests from our customers for more customized mattress options, more support and comfort, and better prices ---- we began our quest to make the perfect mattress.
We added the first SleepWorld brand in 1993. By 1995 we completely eliminated the national brands from our showroom, and by 1997 we opened our own manufacturing plant on our premises. At last, we were providing our customers with the highest quality mattresses at a much lower prices.
And lastly, in 1998, we added Latex to our SleepWorld mattress line --- finally the quest for the perfect mattress was more than dream, it was a reality.
